East End is a district on the eastern side of Grand Cayman, facing the open Caribbean Sea and covering a quieter stretch of the island away from George Town and the main resort areas. The district includes small settlements, low coastal vegetation, rocky shorelines, beaches, and shallow reef areas.
West Yellowstone, Montana sits right at the edge of one of the most visited protected landscapes in the United States, serving as a gateway to vast forests, geothermal fields, and wide open valleys. Oklahoma City stands at the crossroads of Western tradition and modern energy. It’s a place where cowboy boots walk into sleek coffee shops, and horse shows take place just a few miles from contemporary art galleries. A good starting point is the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, home to one of the largest collections of Western art and artifacts in the world.
Sullivan Bay, located on the eastern shore of Santiago Island in Ecuador’s Galápagos archipelago, offers a landscape that feels almost otherworldly at first glance. Instead of lush greenery, visitors are greeted by wide stretches of hardened lava. These black, rippled fields tell a story written in fire, where molten rock once flowed freely before cooling into intricate patterns that can still be traced today.
On South Plaza Island, sea lions breed all along the low lying northern coast. These sheer cliffs are home for swallow-tail gulls and the beautiful red billed tropic birds. The landscape is dominated by optunia cactus trees. A look under each tree reveals a land iguana patiently waiting for a succulent cactus pad to fall.

Together with neighboring Glacier National Park in the United States, Waterton Lakes National Park is part of the world's first international Peace Park, which was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1955. The Waterton-Glacier Peace Park protects an important biological crossroads where the Rocky Mountains reach their narrowest width. Waterton's bedrock is much older than that of the mountains to the north found in Jasper and Banff. From a peak attendance of more than 600,000, Waterton Lakes National Park today receives about 350,000 visitors annually. There are boat rentals and stables, an 18-hole golf course, and a cruise to Goat Haunt Visitor Centre in Montana. And for the traditionalists, there are over 250 kilometres of hiking trails that range from short strolls to multi-day backpacking adventures.
